Quotation
U.8.one.2 will make a quotation for you based on your
individual requirements. In the instance that the
event may be altered, it may be necessary to review
& reissue each quotation.
Prices
U.8.one.2 prices are subject to change without notice
Payments
We accept Bankcard, master card & visa with a
2% surcharge with every transaction. Direct bank deposit,
company cheque & cash.
We also have 7-14 day accounts for corporate customers.
All private functions are to be paid for in full on
delivery.
Cancellations
We do not except cancellations or changes to an order
on the day.
If you wish to cancel an order, 24 hours notice is
required for anything fewer than 25 people, for anything
over 25 people 72 hours notice is required.
Bookings
For us to provide our customers with the best possible
service, orders must be placed 24 hours in advance.
For functions over 50 people at least 4 days notice
is required.
We do not take any orders on the day. Private function
are secured with a credit card imprint upon booking.
Surcharge
There is a 10% surcharge that applies on weekends
& public holidays.
Equipment pick up
All u.8.one.2 equipment must be stored in an appropriate
manner for easy of pick up after your function, would
be much appreciated. All equipment remains the property
of u.8.one.2 catering unless damage or lost. In this
instance charges will apply.
